Barron XEB-T5-5-B-LM Emergency T5-T12 Ballast 320-500 Lumens

If your T5 linear fluorescent lighting fixture could use some emergency help during a power outage, then you should consider our Barron brand electronic ballast. This slim fitting device provides your lamp(s) with much needed temporary electrical power for up to 90 minutes during power failure. Its instant start method will provide the bulbs with an initial high amount of voltage for activation during the process of switching to emergency mode. 

The XEB-T5-5-B-LM model can work in conjunction with the fixture's AC power ballast. It includes a low maintenance sealed nickel cadmium (NiCad) battery, battery charger, and inverter circuit.

Application

This compact size steel construction is easy to install within any T5 unit. It can be mounted either on the top of the fluorescent lamp or through its electrical enclosure. It’s U.L. Listed for retrofit or factory installation. Also has capability to be mounted remotely by battery pack, as long as the distance doesn’t exceed ½ the distance between ballast and lamp.

External Specifications

Built in a painted steel case, the XEB--T5-5-B-LM model not only can be used as an emergency mode but also for normal operation. Includes a battery, charger and electronic circuit.
