For capacitor option, add Base Model No. and one Capacitor code:
- D = Dry Kit: Ballast + Ignitor + Dry Capacitor + Mounting Hardware
- W = Wet Kit: Ballast + Ignitor + Wet Capacitor + Mounting Hardware
