The Hatch MH Ballast is an electronic type device that features a safety shutdown mechanism, a lamp protection component for HPS lamps. Our MC100-1-T-UNNS-HB model is ideal for Metal Halide lighting systems by providing an appropriate amount of circuit and high voltage. It includes a built-in ignitor that is activated once the lamp has started operation. If the power has failed, the ballast will shutdown and restart with multiple timed re-strikes until restored.
Built in silicon metal, this ballast is great for cold and wet locations. It’s a one lead sided device with a perfect sound rating.

Application
The Hatch MC100-1-T-UNNS-HB ballast can be mounted by its F-micro slim (leads out opposite side) style. The ballast is designed with open circuitry meaning, having wires with a short-circuit protection. It operates metal halide lighting fixtures with pulse start method. Great for wall pack lighting.

Built inside a tempered metal casing this lightweight ballast is part of the "Slim" series which features leads on opposites sides. Also, comes in black with white label.
